Nova is a Permaculture Designer, a gardening coach, community farmer and educator. In 2013 she started Cultivate Central as a blog capturing and sharing her urban permaculture design journey. Her permaculture inspired spaces, educational programmes and consultancy practice has since reached over 8000 children, 500 educators and dozens of spaces covering Singapore and Penang, Malaysia.

Today, Nova focuses on designing and developing regenerative learnscapes, social permaculture programmes and content that go on to deliver ecological, educational, health and social impact. She uses permaculture design principles to nurture resilient grow, make and create lifestyle. Her passion for regenerative food systems, working with soil and composting has led her on a path towards creating soil based solutions in urban spaces.

Nova believes nature is the ultimate teacher and a greater connection to nature helps us cultivate earth care, health and resilient closed loop communities.
